- Coordinate and manage all aspects of bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy patient care.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Utilize strong oncology nursing knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care to cancer patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, advocating for the best possible outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Bone Marrow Transplant And Cellular Therapy.
Current Florida Rn License.
Certification In Oncology Nursing (Ocn) Or Bone Marrow Transplant (Bmtcn) Preferred.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements, Patient Safety, And Quality Improvement Processes.
