  1. Assist the anesthesiologist in preparing and administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of anesthesia equipment to ensure safe and accurate delivery of medication.
  3. Monitor patient vitals and report any changes or concerns to the anesthesiologist.
  4. Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for procedures, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  5. Restock and maintain inventory of anesthesia supplies and medications.
  6. Communicate effectively with surgical team members to coordinate and facilitate efficient patient care.
  7. Document and maintain accurate records of anesthesia procedures and patient information.
  8. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
  9. Recognize and respond to emergency situations during anesthesia administration.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques.
  12. Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards of excellence in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.a.t.) Credential From The American Society Of Anesthesia Technologists And Technicians (Asatt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Anesthesia-Related Role.

  • Knowledge Of Anesthesia Equipment And Supplies, As Well As Proficiency In Setting Up And Maintaining Anesthesia Machines And Supplies.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, As Anesthesia Technicians Work Closely With Anesthesiologists, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, While Adhering To Strict Safety Protocols And Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
