- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other team members to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of department procedures and protocols to properly schedule appointments.
- Utilize scheduling software and systems to accurately schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
