  1. Develop and implement training programs for Allied Health professionals based on organizational needs and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on best practices and advancements in healthcare education to continuously improve training programs.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted programs.
  4. Utilize various instructional methods and techniques to engage and effectively deliver training to diverse groups of learners.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, incorporating them into training materials.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for Allied Health professionals.
  8. Act as a resource and provide guidance to Allied Health professionals on training and educational opportunities.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and educational institutions to support training initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and train new Allied Health employees.
  11. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and other resources to support ongoing learning and development.
  12. Act as a role model and advocate for the organization's commitment to excellence in patient care.
  13. Stay current on trends and advancements in the healthcare industry and incorporate them into training programs.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and make necessary improvements to training programs to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Healthcare Administration, Or Allied Health

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Education Or Training Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methods

  • Experience With Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Healthcare Professionals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
