  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' behavioral and developmental needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with behavioral and developmental concerns.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  4. Educate patients and their families on behavioral and developmental disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  6. Provide counseling and support to patients and families dealing with behavioral and developmental challenges.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research, trends, and best practices in pediatric behavioral health and development.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, promoting healthy communities and supporting their overall well-being.
  11. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to provide additional support and services for patients and families.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of pediatric behavioral health and development.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Psychology, Or Social Work.

  • Current Certification And Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Or Physician Assistant.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Behavioral Health And Development.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Pediatric Behavioral Health Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Team Members And Families To Provide Comprehensive Care For Pediatric Patients.
