- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' behavioral and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with behavioral and developmental concerns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
- Educate patients and their families on behavioral and developmental disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families dealing with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on current research, trends, and best practices in pediatric behavioral health and development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, promoting healthy communities and supporting their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with community organizations and resources to provide additional support and services for patients and families.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of pediatric behavioral health and development.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Psychology, Or Social Work.
Current Certification And Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Or Physician Assistant.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Behavioral Health And Development.
Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Pediatric Behavioral Health Disorders.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Team Members And Families To Provide Comprehensive Care For Pediatric Patients.
