  1. Provide exceptional orthopedic care to patients at Platinum Point, in collaboration with renowned physicians and dedicated staff.
  2. Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  4. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  6. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  7. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  8. Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the provision of care.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic care at Platinum Point.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  11. Serve as a resource and mentor for other healthcare professionals.
  12. Continuously engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  13. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare team members.
  14. Uphold the values and mission of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute - Lake Mary.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or Practice Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Relevant Healthcare Field, Such As Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies.

  • Current Licensure And Certification As An Advanced Practice Provider In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Orthopedics, Preferably In A Surgical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Patient Assessment And Diagnosis, As Well As Treatment Planning And Management.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Team-Based Environment.
