- Provide exceptional care to patients by utilizing advanced medical knowledge and expertise in the field of oncology and genetics.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for high-risk patients in collaboration with the oncology team.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to determine risk factors for developing cancer.
- Educate patients and their families on cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care, including referrals to other specialists and services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of oncology and genetics to provide the most current and effective care to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards in patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, With A Specialization In Oncology And Genetics.
Current Advanced Practice Provider (App) Certification, Such As Nurse Practitioner (Np) Or Physician Assistant (Pa), With A Focus On Oncology And Genetics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In An Oncology Setting, Preferably In A High-Risk Or Genetic Counseling Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cancer Genetics, Including Risk Assessment, Genetic Testing, And Counseling.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
