  1. Provide advanced healthcare services to patients at the Heart and Vascular Institute in Lake Mary.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
  3. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
  4. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  6. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
  8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current advancements and best practices in cardiovascular care.

  11. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and departments to ensure seamless care for patients.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.
  13. Attend regular meetings, trainings, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) License In The State Of Florida.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing With Specialization In Cardiology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiovascular Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System.

  • Current Certification From A Recognized Professional Organization, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Association Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In Cardiovascular Care, Including Ability To Independently Manage And Treat Complex Cardiac Patients.
