
Training and Documentation Coordinator
The Training and Documentation Coordinator is responsible for authoring content for the learning management system, training initiatives, and the internal knowledge base. Develops and maintains engaging and interactive content for internal learning and reference. Produces and delivers a variety of colleague learning materials that accommodate diverse learning styles while aligning with business needs. Collaborates with subject matter experts, technical writers, managers, and colleagues to create and maintain training assets. Uses a suite of creation tools including but not limited to, Microsoft, Adobe, and screen capture tools, create documentation and training materials to support learning and development at Origami. Maintains and updates existing training based on changes to product and/or processes. Manages projects effectively to meet established deadlines.
Risk and insurance industry experience a plus.
2-3 years’ experience developing content to meet learning objectives, identifying appropriate delivery mechanisms.
Experience developing trainer and participant materials, user guides, and other content that directly impacts colleagues’ knowledge
Knowledge of learning theory and training material creation best practices.
