Job Description

As a Database Administrator at Origami Risk, you will oversee the day to day administration of SQL server in a clustered environment. You will work on a team dedicated to staying current on the latest technologies, currently focused on delivering automated installation, configuration and processflows. Take proactive measures to monitor, trend, and tune SQL databases. Ensure databases are backed up and can be recovered. Create and maintaining stored procedures. Regularly running query analysis, performance tuning, and maintenance routines. Other duties as needed to support Data Architects and Developers.

Job Qualifications

6+ years’ experience working as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA
Experience with database monitoring tools, Idera SQL Diagnostic Manager is a plus
Familiar with basic Windows administration
Experience working in an AWS environment is a plus
Experience working with Linux is a plus but not required
