Job Description

Plays a key role in company reporting initiatives across all departments. Builds and maintains financial and operating models and reports. Analyzes current and historical business trends/financial results for presentation to key business stakeholders. Owns revenue budgeting/forecasting and monthly revenue/expense variance analysis. Helps track, report and analyze key operating and financial metrics (New Sales, Expanded Sales, Renewals, Service Efficiency, etc.). Develops and maintains SaaS metrics/dashboard for executive team. Assists in building customer and partner profitability analyses. Contributes in compiling monthly/quarterly/annual presentations for Senior Management and Board of Directors. Participates in preparation for monthly management meetings; prepare reporting and analytics on KPIs, help synthesize project learnings and ask next-level questions to ensure better transparency into operating results. Works with key senior managers across multiple departments (Sales, Service, HR, IT, etc.) to provide insights into business drivers & costs.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Related Role

  • Experience with Vena Solutions a significant plus

  • Understanding of Accounting fundamentals

  • Familiar/experience with SaaS business model a plus
