Research Manager (Research Associate)

Organize and support the scientific efforts of the research team for all on domestic outreach projects. Provide day to day oversight and coordination of team engaged in design of research and evaluation initiatives to end blindness in Oregon. Gather relevant data to direct specific outreach activities. Maintain timeline for grants, publications, and new funding opportunities. Facilitate internal and external collaborations as needed with scientific experts to move the projects forward. Maintain timelines and prepare reports on progress for funders. Assist with design and then manage protocols as directed by PI. Assist with the coordination of international research collaborative with CEI and international investigators. Supervise and assign work to interns, students, and data collectors, monitor progress, alert PI, and take corrective action where needed to ensure data quality.
