- Engage in outreach and education efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce disparities in care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Mental Health Field, Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling.
Active Licensure As A Qualified Mental Health Professional (Qmhp) In Oregon.
Fluency In At Least Two Cultural Or Linguistic Backgrounds, With A Focus On Providing Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Populations.
Demonstrated Experience Working With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds, Including But Not Limited To Race, Ethnicity, Religion, Sexual Orientation, And Socioeconomic Status.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Culturally Responsive Therapeutic Approaches And A Commitment To Ongoing Education And Training In Cross-Cultural Competency.
