- Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Dispense and compound medications accurately and efficiently according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor drug therapy and patient response to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited School Of Pharmacy.
Current Licensure As A Pharmacist In The State Of Oregon.
Board Certification In Oncology Pharmacy (Bcop) Or Completion Of A Pgy2 Residency In Oncology Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Oncology Pharmacy Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Chemotherapy Regimens, Supportive Care Medications, And Oncology-Specific Drug Interactions.
