
Environmental Technician
The position requires regularly scheduled weekend work. At times In addition, this position may require working overtime during non-business hours. Will be monitoring and sampling of wastewater discharges, maintenance of sampling equipment, collecting and processing samples, completing overseeing the District's waste hauler station assignments, and otherwise supporting District staff as necessary. This individual will also be responsible for inspecting waste hauler vehicles and facilities, maintaining manual and computerized logs and records, and taking inventory and stocking supplies for the business unit.
Experience as a laboratory assistant or other related field
Experience in performing basic sampling and laboratory testing is desirable
