Senior Director, Advisory Services

We’re looking for a mission-driven, experienced Senior Director of Advisory Services to join Optum’s team and lead our organization’s advisory services initiatives. This critical role will be responsible for driving our client’s success through providing a range of advisory services.The ideal candidate possesses a combination of strategic vision, hands-on leadership and technical expertise to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. They’re a problem solver, a collaborator and a visionary who’s able to effectively communicate complex ideas and motivate others to drive results.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience leading a team, delivering successful outcomes, and managing relationships with clients.
