Optum is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you are driven to exceed expectations and have a passion for success, we would love to hear from you!The Senior Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between customers and our organization, providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries. You will use your excellent problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and inquiries, and will develop relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of customer service experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Previous experience with customer service software and databases• Experience in a health care setting is preferred
