We're currently seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our mission. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the collections process for our clients and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances. To excel in this role, you'll need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.   1. Manage the collections process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances.
  2. Communicate with clients and patients to resolve any billing or payment issues.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  4. Analyze and review collection reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection strategies.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to collections.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Train and mentor junior collections staff to ensure they are following best practices and meeting performance goals.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing and payment issues.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate collection processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  11. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of collections.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities to management.
  13. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all collection activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the company's values in all interactions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Collections Or Accounts Receivable Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Collection Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Effective Collection Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Maintain Customer Relationships.

  • Proficiency In Using Collection Software And Other Relevant Tools, As Well As Experience Working With Large Datasets And Generating Reports.
