Senior Accounts Payable Processor

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately and timely process accounts payable transactions, ensuring that all internal control procedures are followed.
2. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy of all payments.
3. Maintain a system of internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounts payable transactions.
4. Manage the accounts payable data entry process, including data entry, review, and verification.
5. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
6. Prepare and maintain various accounts payable reports as required.
7. Prepare and distribute payments in a timely manner.
8. Provide support and input in the month-end close process.
9. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems.
10. Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
