Optum is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager who is dedicated to providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in nursing, a commitment to patient advocacy and the ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. The RN Case Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and services.The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
