Network Engineer

At Optum, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Network Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a drive to stay on top of the latest networking technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure they meet the company's standards.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a network engineering or similar role. You should have a strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies, as well as experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Cisco environments. An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.We are looking for a team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and bring a positive attitude to work each day.
