At Optum, we are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Records Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with experience in the medical field and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Medical Records Representative will be responsible for maintaining medical records and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in the medical field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must also be proficient in using various computer software programs and have a strong attention to detail.
