Lead Software Engineer – Data Integration

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer – Data Integration to join our growing team at Optum. You will work closely with other engineers, scientists, and business teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our data integration solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing data integration solutions, with a track record of successful delivery of data integration projects. They should have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to think strategically about how to use data integration to solve data problems. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks, including Java, .Net, and Python, as well as experience with data integration technologies such as ETL, API, and streaming data. They should also have strong communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
