  1. Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to secure sensitive data and ensure proper access controls.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for IAM processes and procedures.
  3. Evaluate and recommend new IAM technologies to enhance system security and efficiency.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems.
  7. Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure IAM solutions align with regulatory requirements.
  9. Train and mentor team members on IAM best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM technologies.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for IAM systems and processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of IAM policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to IAM related incidents in a timely manner.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to streamline efficiency and enhance security.
  15. Work closely with project teams to integrate IAM solutions into new systems and applications.
  16. Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  17. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
  18. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IAM systems.
  19. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
  20. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Iam Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles And Protocols, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Okta, Ping Identity, Or Onelogin.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Iam, Including Identity Governance, Access Management, And Multi-Factor Authentication.
