  1. Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering global connectivity solutions for Optum's EIS division.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for global connectivity projects.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all project milestones and deadlines.
  4. Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  6. Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Drive quality control measures to ensure high-quality and error-free project deliverables.
  8. Provide direction and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in global connectivity to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  12. Act as a liaison between the EIS division and other departments within Optum to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
  13. Collaborate with other delivery managers to ensure consistency and alignment across all global connectivity projects.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team compliance.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Eis (Enterprise Information Systems) And Its Role In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Familiarity With Optum's Products And Services, With A Focus On Global Connect Solutions.
