The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and have excellent problem-solving skills. They will be detail-oriented and possess an excellent understanding of clinical processes and regulations.This Clinical Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data, as well as continuously monitoring and evaluating quality performance. They will be expected to maintain current and accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and to provide feedback on quality improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field and at least five years of experience in a clinical quality assurance or related role. They should have a comprehensive understanding of clinical quality standards, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement concepts and processes. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff. They should also be highly organized and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
