
Business Intelligence Developer
At Optum, we're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who can help us analyze, develop, and maintain our business intelligence capabilities. We need an individual with the technical expertise and business acumen to build and optimize our BI platforms, while providing insights that help drive our decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess the analytical skills necessary to interpret and analyze complex data, along with the communication skills to distill the insights into actionable recommendations.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in developing and managing business intelligence systems. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of SQL, ETL processes, database design, and database administration.
