Associate Patient Care Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering quality service, have strong interpersonal skills and be a great problem solver.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a related role, either in a medical office or hospital setting. They must also have strong computer skills, including the use of electronic health records (EHR).
