- Conduct data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to healthcare data.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL to effectively communicate data findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Take ownership of data quality and accuracy, ensuring all reports and analyses are based on reliable and accurate data.
- Proactively identify data needs and gaps, and propose strategies to fill them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Provide recommendations and insights to drive business decisions and support strategic initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis and reporting.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data analysis and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate deliverables.
Strong Understanding Of Power Bi And Sql: Candidates For This Role Should Possess A Deep Knowledge Of Both Power Bi And Sql, Including The Ability To Create Complex Data Models, Write Efficient Queries, And Develop Advanced Visualizations.
Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Analyzing Large Datasets And Creating Reports And Dashboards To Present Insights To Stakeholders. Experience With Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau Or Qlikview Is Also Desirable.
Project Management Skills: As An Associate Manager, This Role May Involve Overseeing Projects And Coordinating With Various Teams. Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
