
Associate Chief Information Officer
As an Associate Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Optum, you will be a critical member of the business technology leadership team, helping to drive the organization's strategy and technology vision. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for leading technical initiatives and developing innovative solutions for our customers.Your role will include managing and collaborating with team members to develop and implement technology solutions that enable our business to meet and exceed its goals. You will be expected to stay abreast of emerging technology trends and industry standards and use that knowledge to inform our decisions.To succeed in this role, you must have strong business acumen and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams. The successful candidate should have a track record of success in managing large-scale complex IT projects, including the ability to provide clear direction and foster collaboration amongst multiple stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles. A combination of experience in enterprise IT architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, data, and analytics is preferred.
