Oliver Wyman Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reward Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. As Reward Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our reward programs across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about reward and looking to contribute to a dynamic and successful team.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in a similar role. You will possess a deep understanding of reward principles and practices, and have a proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of reward schemes. Your enthusiasm for developing and implementing innovative reward initiatives will be essential to your success in this role.You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders. A strong analytical approach, coupled with your ability to think creatively while remaining focused on objectives, will be critical to your success.If you are a highly motivated and experienced Reward Manager who is looking to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage reward programs across the UK.
  2. Analyze existing reward programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Manage the budget allocated for reward programs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make changes as necessary.
  5. Create and maintain records of all reward programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  7. Provide guidance to team members on reward-related matters.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on reward programs.
  10. Monitor competitor reward programs and suggest ways to improve our own.
