As Reward Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our reward programs across the UK. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage reward programs across the UK.
- Analyze existing reward programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the budget allocated for reward programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make changes as necessary.
- Create and maintain records of all reward programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to team members on reward-related matters.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on reward programs.
- Monitor competitor reward programs and suggest ways to improve our own.
