
Talent Manager (Staffing/ Resource Management)
At Oliver Wyman Group, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Manager to join our Staffing/Resource Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, and to ensure the organization’s success in meeting its goals.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least five years of experience in human resources or staffing/resource management. They should have a strong understanding of recruitment and talent management principles, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. The candidate should also be an excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and negotiate effectively.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is able to work collaboratively with their team and other departments. Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
