
Talent Management Coordinator
At Oliver Wyman Group, we are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Management Coordinator who is eager to join our team and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, managing employees’ development plans and performance reviews, and providing assistance with day-to-day personnel matters. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is motivated and able to think on their feet.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office Suite. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills and be proficient in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard new and departing employees in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage employees’ development plans and performance reviews.
- Assist with day-to-day personnel matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to talent management.
- Maintain and update personnel records and files.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to talent management.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Provide advice and support to employees on a variety of personnel matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on talent management issues.
