Oliver Wyman Group is searching for an innovative and experienced Senior Manager to join our Workforce Transformation Consulting team. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and customize solutions to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will bring unique insights and a strong sense of initiative to the table.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in workforce transformation initiatives. They must have proven success in leading consulting engagements, have the ability to analyze complex data, and possess outstanding communication and client-management skills. The successful candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment.If you are a motivated and creative problem-solver, we want you to bring your expertise and passion to our team!
