Senior Legal and Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal and Compliance Analyst to join our Oliver Wyman Group team and help us ensure that our business operations are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal and compliance related topics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Senior Legal and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring our compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and identifying any areas of risk. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential to ensure that our company is compliant and our operations run smoothly.To be successful in this role, you must have: • A bachelor’s degree in law or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role• Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Analytical and problem-solving skills• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities of a Senior Legal and Compliance Analyst:

1. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Identify and analyze areas of risk and potential areas of non-compliance.
3. Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Provide guidance and support to other departments in regards to legal and compliance matters.
5. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met.
7. Investigate and respond to legal and compliance related inquiries.
8. Prepare and present reports on legal and compliance findings and best practices.
9. Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations and advise management on changes that may affect the organization.
10. Maintain records of all legal and compliance activities.
