
Sales Executive (Producer)
At Oliver Wyman Group, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Producer) to join our growing team. We seek an individual with a passion for sales, a commitment to client success, and the drive to exceed expectations. This individual will be a key player in our sales process and will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, and expanding our client base.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, and a proven track record of sales success. They must also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for sales. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, great customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale
- Identify new opportunities and expand the client base
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Monitor competitors’ activities and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare timely reports
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
