Responsibilites:

1. Develop and execute compliance operations strategy and initiatives to ensure the organization adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and review legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government authorities and internal departments.
4. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance operations.
5. Create and deliver compliance training and education to staff members.
6. Support audit activities and provide timely responses to audits.
7. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
8. Research and investigate potential compliance issues.
9. Monitor and review compliance reports and data.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to staff members.
