Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies and processes that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
2. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and determine their impact on the organization.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
4. Monitor and evaluate compliance processes and procedures for effectiveness.
5. Investigate potential compliance issues and provide advice and guidance to the organization on how to resolve them.
6. Educate and train staff on regulatory compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
7. Monitor developments in the legal and regulatory landscape and recommend changes to the organization's compliance strategy and processes as needed.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Represent the organization in compliance matters at various external forums.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective compliance.
