Insurance Property Broker

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and keep up to date with relevant insurance regulations and policies.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, insurers, and other service providers.
3. Negotiate competitive rates and terms with underwriters and carriers.
4. Analyze potential risks and exposures associated with clients’ insurance requirements.
5. Provide advice to clients regarding the best insurance coverage and policy options for their needs.
6. Monitor policy renewals and ensure that all policies are up-to-date.
7. Prepare insurance proposals and presentations for clients.
8. Research the marketplace for new products or services that could benefit clients.
9. Handle the administration and paperwork associated with insurance policies.
10. Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies and coverage.
