
Head of Client Portfolio Office
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Client Portfolio Office to join the Oliver Wyman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our client portfolio by overseeing the development of our client relationships, monitoring and reporting on the progress of our key initiatives, and ensuring that our client engagements are delivered efficiently and effectively.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to join a rapidly growing and highly successful consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in managing large-scale projects and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management, consulting, and client engagement. You will also need an excellent understanding of the consulting industry, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee the development of client portfolio initiatives and monitor progress
- Create and implement strategies to improve client engagement and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Maintain strong knowledge of the consulting industry and stay up to date on trends and developments
- Analyze client feedback and develop action plans to address any issues
- Lead and coordinate project teams and ensure timely and successful completion of projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Create detailed project plans and manage timelines and resources
- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and deliverables
- Manage team resources and assign tasks as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed
