Head of Client Portfolio Office

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee the development of client portfolio initiatives and monitor progress
• Create and implement strategies to improve client engagement and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Maintain strong knowledge of the consulting industry and stay up to date on trends and developments
• Analyze client feedback and develop action plans to address any issues
• Lead and coordinate project teams and ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers
• Create detailed project plans and manage timelines and resources
• Monitor project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and deliverables
• Manage team resources and assign tasks as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed
