Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Engagement Manager to join the Finance & Risk, Treasury team at Oliver Wyman Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, leading teams of professionals, and developing creative solutions to finance and risk-related challenges.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance and/or risk industry, have a proven track record of delivering results, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you are a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client engagements and lead teams of professionals.
  2. Develop creative solutions to finance and risk-related challenges.
  3. Monitor progress of engagements and report to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and direction.
  5. Support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  6. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to design and implement solutions.
  7. Remain up to date on changes to regulations, laws, and best practices in the finance and/or risk industry.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to develop and enhance client relationships.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  10. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
