
Engagement Manager, Modernization Strategy (Healthcare)
At Oliver Wyman Group, we are seeking an analytical, results-driven Engagement Manager to join our Modernization Strategy team in the Healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The Engagement Manager will be an important part of the team, responsible for developing and executing the modernization strategy for our healthcare clients. To excel in this role, the Engagement Manager must have a deep understanding of modernizing healthcare systems and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.The Engagement Manager must be an excellent communicator, able to present complex information to stakeholders, and be comfortable in a client-facing role. Above all, the Engagement Manager must be a team player, able to work with colleagues across the organization to ensure the success of the modernization strategy.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a proven ability to lead teams. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the modernization strategy for healthcare clients.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Present complex information to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure the success of the modernization strategy.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all projects.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and standards.
