Job Description

The Oliver Wyman Group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Employee Health & Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of health and benefit compliance regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with a motivated attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the passion to help ensure our organization’s compliance with all applicable health and benefit regulations.

  • Monitor and stay up-to-date on health and benefit compliance regulations and guidelines in order to ensure the organization is compliant
  • Identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop plans for corrective action
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the organization is compliant with applicable health and benefit regulations
  • Manage employee health and benefit compliance inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain records of health and benefit compliance activities and provide reports to management
  • Develop and deliver employee training programs regarding health and benefit compliance regulations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as insurance providers, government agencies, and other third parties to ensure compliance
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans to resolve non-compliant situations
  • Act as a resource to other departments on health and benefit compliance related issues
  • Represent the organization in meetings related to health and benefit compliance regulations

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • + Years Of Experience In Benefits And Compliance

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employee Benefits Laws

  • Familiarity With Benefits Plan Design Principles And Practices

  • Ability To Interpret And Explain Plan Documents

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Proficiency With Microsoft Office
