
Employee Health & Benefits Compliance Specialist
The Oliver Wyman Group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Employee Health & Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of health and benefit compliance regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with a motivated attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the passion to help ensure our organization’s compliance with all applicable health and benefit regulations.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on health and benefit compliance regulations and guidelines in order to ensure the organization is compliant
- Identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop plans for corrective action
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the organization is compliant with applicable health and benefit regulations
- Manage employee health and benefit compliance inquiries and complaints
- Maintain records of health and benefit compliance activities and provide reports to management
- Develop and deliver employee training programs regarding health and benefit compliance regulations
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as insurance providers, government agencies, and other third parties to ensure compliance
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans to resolve non-compliant situations
- Act as a resource to other departments on health and benefit compliance related issues
- Represent the organization in meetings related to health and benefit compliance regulations
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
+ Years Of Experience In Benefits And Compliance
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employee Benefits Laws
Familiarity With Benefits Plan Design Principles And Practices
Ability To Interpret And Explain Plan Documents
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting
