
Director of Client Service, Employee Health & Benefits
At the Oliver Wyman Group, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Service, Employee Health & Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in employee health and benefit services, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and must be able to work in a team environment to develop and implement creative solutions for our clients’ needs. They will be expected to build strong relationships with our clients and act as an advocate for their needs.We are seeking a leader who is enthusiastic, passionate, and driven to make a difference in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful client service, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively manage projects from start to finish. They must be able to think strategically and have the ability to quickly identify and respond to client needs.
