
Client Service Representative, Employee Benefits
We are looking for an engaging and detail-oriented Client Service Representative, Employee Benefits to join the Oliver Wyman Group team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the growth of our Employee Benefits department. Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt responses to inquiries, resolving customer service issues, and addressing any complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Provide clients with information on Employee Benefits products and services. • Ensure that client requests and inquiries are handled in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. • Monitor and track customer service metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Employee Benefits products and services. • Collaborate with team members to ensure clients are provided with exceptional customer service. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to Employee Benefits.
