Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Business Development to join the Oliver Wyman Group and become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities that will help us grow and develop our business. You must be a creative and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If you are passionate about business development and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Finance. Experience in business development or a related field is preferred, but not required. You should also demonstrate an ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to challenges. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to help the Oliver Wyman Group grow and develop.
  2. Analyze market trends and provide strategic input to ensure the successful development of business initiatives.
  3. Develop creative solutions to challenges and problems.
  4. Manage time effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and other partners.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  8. Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful development and implementation of business initiatives.
