
Account Executive - Employee Benefits
At Oliver Wyman Group, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive - Employee Benefits to join our team and help us maintain our competitive advantage. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in designing and implementing employee benefit plans.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the team benefits industry. Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure optimal customer service.
- Assisting clients in designing and implementing employee benefit plans.
- Negotiating and communicating with clients to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Utilizing knowledge and expertise to ensure plans are cost effective and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Analyzing and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Researching and providing guidance on benefit plan design and implementation.
- Developing strategies to maximize plan benefits for clients.
- Assisting with the preparation of client proposals and presentations.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field
Proven Success In An Account Executive Role
At Least Years Of Experience In Employee Benefits
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Insurance Plans
Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors
