UX/UI Designer

At OLA, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create amazing user experiences. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual who has a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and a passion for creating high-quality user-centric experiences.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. They should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and be able to work effectively within tight deadlines.We are looking for someone who:- Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design- Has experience in user research and usability testing- Has a portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite- Has knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design- Has experience with prototyping tools- Has knowledge of web analytics- Has a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences

Responsibilities:

• Develop UX/UI design plans and strategies for various products
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
• Create designs that are aesthetically pleasing and user-centric
• Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and platforms
• Use HTML/CSS and responsive design principles to develop designs
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs
• Monitor web analytics to measure design performance
• Adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality results
