Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with other departments to develop data-driven strategies that will help OLA meet its goals
-Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights in the transportation industry
-Develop and execute data analysis techniques and software to develop data-driven insights and strategies
-Present findings and insights to stakeholders in an effective and concise manner
-Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
-Create reports and dashboards to monitor progress and evaluate performance
-Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to transportation
-Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategies for OLA’s success
