The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role. A working knowledge of the regulations governing our industry is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
2. Monitor and review current compliance initiatives
3. Identify areas of weakness in current compliance policies and procedures and develop strategies to address them
4. Investigate and resolve compliance-related inquiries
5. Provide training and guidance on regulatory matters to staff
6. Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest regulatory developments and changes
7. Ensure compliance with procedures and reporting requirements
8. Prepare and submit reports to relevant governing bodies as required
9. Maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
10. Liaise with external stakeholders including government agencies and auditors to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
